At Grassdance we believe that loudspeakers play the dominant role in recreating recorded music. We specialise in offering loudspeakers, which are capable of portraying the dynamics, drama, emotion and scale of music within the home. In particular we offer loudspeakers that are capable of forming, dynamic, three-dimensional soundfields with appropriate dimensions, in which the loudspeakers disappear.

Goldmund

Goldmund's speakers are capable of reproducing wide, deep soundfields polulated by dynamic musical forms acuurately recreating musics structure and the musicians intent

Logos1 Full-range Monitor and the Logos2 Active Super-Subwoofer.

The Logos1 exists in active and passive versions .Both speakers are formed from substanial solid aluminium plates and incorporate Goldmund's mechanical grounding technologies within the speaker


The active Logos1 version provides digital and analog inputs and uses two built-in Telos generation amplifiers and an active crossover. This crossover may be by-passed to allow a perfect room tuning by software filters adjusted in an associated Universal Preamplifier such as the Mimesis 24 or Mimesis 30.

The Logos2 subwoofer usues a 12" woofer with long excursion and a passive 12" radiator. It is available only in active variant, with a 650 W built-in power amplifier and built-in adjustable crossover.
The ideal coupling of a Logos1 and a Logos2 may be achieved by assembling them in the Logos Frame 2. The bandwidth is then 20Hz-32kHz +/- 3dB, a performance unique in the industry for such a small speaker.

This speaker is exceptional and offers a vital ,dynamic, portrayal of music which touches the heart and soul. Very few multi driver speakers come close to their performance .Coupled with a high quality SET or Solid state amplifier, such as the Almarro,Leben and the incredible Red Wine Signature,they enable true musical insights that many aspire to and fail to deliver.

NBS

 

The Monitor III

A unique loudspeaker designed by Walter Fields. Unlike virtually all-current speaker designs, none of the drivers within the Monitor III are directed towards the listener. Instead, the units project horizontally and semi vertically, with the result that the listener hears only reflections. As a result. these loudspeakers generate deep space within which images are precisely created in a curved plane far behind the loudspeakers. There is a no etching, no effortful muscularity, no sense of speakers at all, just a remarkable sense of musical reality.
