As you'll notice if you browse our Website our most significant news is that Grass Dance Audio has been selected as the UK's first Goldmund Centre. Goldmund, Symmetry and Grass Dance Audio now can offer you sublime Swiss engineering, an incredible musical experience, an innovative and robust future in the integration of streamed digital input and room acoustics, and a manufactuer distributor and network which highly values you as a customer.

Over the next six months we will explain why we are so committed to Goldmund, why Goldmund products and systems are so special and how Goldmund's products and systems can deliver years of musical pleasure and pride of ownership.

We already have a number of Goldmund products for you to listen to at Grass Dance. Most significantly we have for the first time a complete Goldmund System on permenant demonstration

We are really excited about being a part of that team and demonstrating these innovative and yet traditionally musical reproduction systems.

Who is behind Grassdance audioconsultants?

Roderick Bowers is the proprietor and driving force behind Grass Dance. He is a music lover with a passion for music and music reproduction at home. He has several decades of experience listening to and buying high end audio equipment in the UK,USA and Japan while persuing a career in science and technology. This has been a substantial and at times painful learning curve ! . We will use this experience to save you money and to help you avoid making the same mistakes we did.

The Name Grassdance and its inspiration to us as music lovers.

In the movement of grass in the wind one is given a visual manifestation of the movement of air as beautiful as music is in the aural. Having experienced the vastness of the Great Plains in the Dakotas,the shapes and structures of the winds on the prairie grass and experienced the incredible life enhancing sensations of the wind itself,we see strong parallels with music, in scale,dynamics,drama, structure and above all else the sensation of life itself. The Grass Dance is one of the most ancient surviving tribal dances of the North American Indians and was commonly practiced on the vast open grass filled plains of North America. The Grass Dance has multiple meanings and is often said to reflect the need for balance in life. To some it is a simple expression of the swaying of grass on a windy day. To others it is a spiritual dance deriving energy to strengthen one's well-being and those around them
